We opened our doors in February of 2008. The store is located in downtown Raleigh, just one block from the Capitol. We offer a selection of vintage clothing and accessories, some amazing house plants, and just about anything that we deem funky. The store is located at 223 South Wilmington Street between Martin and Hargett St.

Vintage Nation opened in March of 2008. The store is located on the second floor at 223 South Wilmington St, between Martin and Hargett St. It is in one of the historic two story buildings that populate downtown Raleigh. We took a chance with the location because we believe that this particular area in Downtown has a huge potential. The exposed brick and original ceiling perfectly parallels the feeling of the vintage clothing selection in our store. All of the pieces are handpicked and of exceptional quality. We carry everything from vintage tees, to evening gowns, summer dresses, jeans, accessories, jewelry and everything in between- and that’s just the clothing. The items range from the 40’s through the 80’s. Please remember that sustainability is becoming more and more important in modern life and wearing vintage is one way you can make a more responsible choice as a consumer. Speaking of sustainable, we also offer Ecosource’s spring line of biodegradable pots, which would go perfectly with the tropical plant you pick out from our eclectic selection of house plants- yes we also offer tropical plants such as cacti, ferns, palms, and more. What else you ask? Vintage Nation also carries the vegan perfume line Pacifica, hand made soaps, made right here in North Carolina, as well as candles and Chive’s spring hand blown glass collection. We are participating in the First Friday festivities, and each month, in conjuncture with that we host a different artist of our choosing. You can also enjoy a 15% discount on every first Friday of each month, and a glass of wine as well!
